OnlyFans Racing and Geyer Valmont Tigani take victories in GTWC Australia weekend at Queensland

While the winner of the Queensland double header of GT World Challenge Australia were pretty different, the No. 181 OnlyFans Racing Ferrari 296 GT3 of Renee Gracie and Will Davison and the No. 44 Geyer Valmont Tigani Mercedes AMG GT3 Evo of Sergio Pires and Brendon Leitch executed their jobs in similar manner, not letting go of the lead once it was acquired.

When the engines roared for the first race, Justin Tigani kept the No. 56 Kollosche Tigani Mercedes in front while Renee Gracie was on the chase and Sergio Pires was settling his differences with Mark Rosse for this place, all while Brad Schumacher was on the watch from fifth.

With the No. 2 MPC Audi stopped in the grass, the Safety Car was called and stood on track for two minutes until the rescue was concluded. Gracie made sure the No. 181 OnlyFans Ferrari was in position for an attack, and in a single move, she forced Tigani to leave an opening and hand over the lead.

The gap between Gracie and Tigani went back and forth but stood just under 2 seconds until the end of the first stint. With Will Davison in the No. 181, the gap to the No. 56 went to four seconds, but Oscar Targett fought back, although it proved to not be enough to crush the whole gap, with the No. 181 OnlyFans Ferrari winning by 3.735 seconds.

The No. 71 AED Tigani Porsche won the Trophy class.

The No. 56 Kollosche Tigani Mercedes was again on pole position for Race 2 while the No. 181 OnlyFans Ferrari was departing from fourth, but between them, Brendon Leitch was quick to put the No. 44 Geyer Tigani Mercedes on top.

Broc Feeney had a mission to break the Tigani wall in front of him, but Leitch opened the gap while Ryan Wood found and opening in Feeney’s line to take the third place, with the No. 88 Team BRM Audi also getting second place while in the pit window.

While Steve Brooks remained close to Sergio Pires, the No. 44 Geyer Tigani Mercedes still had 2.5 seconds of cushion to the No. 88 Team BRM Audi, with the gap staying like this until the finish line.

The No. 71 AED Tigani Porsche did it again and completed a full Trophy class sweep.
