Dinamic GT and Ford part ways

What appeared to be one of the closest links of the recent batch of new GT3 machines to race this year got an abrupt end as Dinamic GT opted to end the program with Ford that would align in the FANATEC GT World Challenge Europe full season in place of their Porsche commitment that lasted until 2023.

The Italian team was set to use a pair of Ford Mustang GT3s for both the Endurance Cup and Sprint Cup and even had the lineups in place for both cars too, with one of the cars even having a star lineup formed by Ferd Vervisch, Christopher Mies and Dennis Olsen, and program details being in a really advanced state since they had the first sample of the new car right after the Barcelona season finale last year to extract the maximum possible of the car’s behavior.

But everything came crashing down when the Italian team made a statement explaining the decision, which according to them, is due to reasons they don’t want to disclose. Even though the break was immediate, it doesn’t mean that Dinamic GT will stop their activities this year, as they will take some days to sort out their situation and then decide how they will tackle the 2024 season.
