appearances on track in the FIA World Rallycross Championship
along with commentary duties for it, Guy Wilks finally gets
into a full season attack with a “new” machine for 2017.
Wilks will tackle his first World RX
full season with a Volkswagen Polo RX, but not any Polo RX.

the whole 2016 season, which helped the Swede finish in second place

used by Wilks since he joined the World RX, after having experiences
with the Mini Countryman RX and the Olsbergs Fiesta ST RX. It was
during his time with JRM driving the Mini in 2015 that he had his
highest point in World RX, as he was doing a brilliant weekened and
made it to the final, but a puncture in early stages took him out of
the battle, being the first time JRM and the Mini made it to the
top-6.
Wilks will be able to compete this year
as an independent entry thanks to his
