coming from Hungaroring, where the FIA World Touring Car Championship held
the Race of Hungary, third event of the 2015 season.
This was
the podium of the second race of the weekend, so take notice of the guy in the
middle. He is Norbert Michelisz, a
Hungarian driver with a Hungarian team, Zengo
Motorsport, who started from pole position and stayed in that position from
green to checkered, to be welcomed by an enchanted home crowd who packed the
circuit’s grandstands at the home straight, as well in the podium celebration,
with lots of Hungarian flags on it, including one that was carried by his boss,
Zoltan Zengo.
Norbi’s win
opened a lot of firsts this season. It’s his first win in the season, as well
from Honda and Zengo Motorsport. Thanks to him, followed by the ROAL Motorsport Toms, Coronel and Chilton, it was the first time we didn't see a Citroën driver winning a race or even in the podium.
But this
wasn't the first time that Michelisz won a WTCC
race in front of his home crowd, as in 2012, again in the second race of the
weekend, he brought a BMW 320 TC to the top step of the podium, also with Zengo
Motorsport.
Of course
you would want to win all races possible, but especially you would like to win
at home, like Norbi did.
