Drift,
rally, rallycross, time attacks, stunt racing, TV hosting… Looking at all the
things Tanner Foust did and still do,
you start to think: “Has this guy some rest?”
The FIA World Rallycross Championship is
one of the events in Foust’s schedule, and in 2015 won’t be different as the
American star will do a partial season in the worldwide series.
Repeating
what he did last year, Foust will drive the Marklund Motorsport Volkswagen Polo RX in four events, which two of
them he already knows from past experience: Lydden Hill, on Great Britain and Trois-Rivieres, on Canada. The other events he will take part are
the World RX of France, at Loheac
Circuit, and the new-for-2015 World RX
of Barcelona, to be hosted in the same Barcelona-Catalunya circuit that
hosts the Spanish F1 grand prix.
Foust isn’t
going to his second World RX partial season without credit: he already won at Kouvola, Finland, and had a fifth place
finish at Lydden Hill, so he can be an opponent to ruin the party of the
full-season drivers.
