Scuderia 111 will use the Mercedes AMG GT4 in Endurance Brasil

After the announcement of the Ginetta G55 GT4 arrival in Endurance Brasil for this season, Mercedes will have a representative in the championship as Scuderia 111 will run two models of the Mercedes AMG GT4.

Leandro Ferrari and Flavio Abrunhoza are set to drive one of the German machines, coming from the Brazilian Porsche Club background to an Endurance Brasil debut. Ferrari himself also confirmed on social media that a second AMG GT4 will have Alexandre Auler and Leandro Romera at the wheel, with Auler coming from the GT3 Cup 3.8 class of the Porsche GT3 Cup Brasil, while Romera comes from Stock Car Light.

This can be seen as an expansion of the Scuderia 111’s activities, especially considering they are bringing a car that never came to Brazilian soil before, though the future of their efforts with the Mercedes AMG GT3 pair they had in 2018 needs to be sorted.

The 2019 Endurance Brasil season starts on March 30th at Curitiba.
