Scuderia 111 will keep GT3 effort in Endurance Brasil

After what was a successful first year competing in Endurance Brasil in the GT3 class, Scuderia 111 will bring back the same pair of Mercedes AMG GT3 machines as well the same lineups seen in 2018.

Xandy and Xandinho Negrão will return to the same No. 9 car that gave them overall wins at Velo Città and the Tarumã finale and class wins at Santa Cruz do Sul and Tarumã, going to the title fight until the season finale. For the No. 8 car, set to be driven by Julio Campos and Guilherme Figueroa again, this will be the first full season of the second car, after joining mid-season at Santa Cruz do Sul.

The return of the GT3 machinery adds to what will be a huge multiclass program for Scuderia 111, as they will also align a pair of Mercedes AMG GT4 machines, which are still en route from Germany to Brazil.

With the current announcements, the GT3 class has three entries confirmed for the Curitiba season starter on March 30th, as the Scuderia 111 effort will be followed by a Mottin Racing-entered Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 GT3, to be driven by Beto Giacomello and Fernando Poeta, according to Velocidade Curitiba.
