Reno Racing moves to GT World Challenge Europe adventure

After enjoying a successful 2019 in the GT Sports Club, Jens Reno Møller decided to take a bigger step with Reno Racing, so the operation will jump into the GT World Challenge Europe for the Endurance Cup races in 2020.

The machine will still be the same Honda NSX GT3 Evo that made the Danish driver an immediate front runner in GT Sports Club, scoring four wins out of 7 podiums in 10 races, in what is the continuation of a return to GT racing for him after years of touring car racing, having a close relationship with Honda during the time.

Møller revealed that JAS Motorsport is already converting the NSX Evo to endurance spec, and discussions between him and JAS continue as the Danish wants to bring a factory driver with experience in the NSX to be part of a Pro-Am Cup entry, though there’s still the Bronze-rated driver vacancy to fill.

As for the moment, Reno Racing seems to be the only Honda squad in GT World Challenge Europe, as Jenson Team Rocket RJN still hasn’t announced the plans for 2020 and JAS Motorsport itself will appear only at the TOTAL 24 Hours of Spa as their only NSX Evo competes in the Intercontinental GT Challenge.

The 2020 GT World Challenge Europe season will start on April 19th with the Endurance Cup race at Monza.
