Porsche Legends DLC confirmed for Project CARS 2

After a 2017 of mixed opinions and some DLC packs, Project CARS 2 will receive more content as part of the celebrations of the 70 years of Porsche, with new cars, events and an undisclosed new track.

The Porsche Legends Pack is set to be released next month for all platforms and will feature nine cars, 20 liveries and a total of 14 events between community and career ones, as well a new track, which according to SMS is an FIA-certified one with close ties with the Stuttgart manufacturer, so to the moment this is an exercise to the imagination of the players.

No screenshots were revealed and only two cars were confirmed in advance in the list, as the new Porsche 911 RSR for the latest LMGTE regulations will make company to the extensive list already present in the title, as only Aston Martin, BMW and Corvette don’t have their current LMGTE machinery present there. The other car revealed is what we can call a monster, as the 917/10 used in the Can-Am’s most brutal age, with 1200 HP cranked in a flat-12 that could hit a highest of 1500 HP in qualifying trim, through unlike the RSR, the 917/10 will be in a class of its own as no other cars in the spec are present.

GT Planet has a speculative list of the remaining cars of the Legends Pack, which would confirm that this is essentially a track-focused pack, and along with the announcement of the new DLC, the update to the version 1.4.0.0 was deployed to the PC players, and the extensive list of updates can be seen in the official Project CARS Forum.
