More Porsche Pack cars announced for Assetto Corsa

It’s just the first week we had the Porsche Pack Volume 1 available for Assetto Corsa, but KUNOS Simulazioni wasn’t relying only in the hype of its new release, as the Steam page of the Italian title revealed further details of the coming two packs of the German manufacturer.

As most of the fans may be eager to know about dates, the Porsche Pack Volume 2 is already confirmed to be available on November 22nd while the Volume 3 will be like a Christmas present, expected to be released on December 20th.

The Volume 2 continues the balance between road going and race cars of the Volume 1, with the road car side being represented by the iconic 911 GT3 RS, the Cayman GT4 and the 718 Boxster S in two versions, with PDK or Manual transmission. The track focused side is a selection of stars, with 962C Group C prototype coming in long and short tail versions, as well the the 1998 Le Mans winner 911 GT1 and the 2015 version of the 919 Hybrid that won Le Mans with Nico Hülkenberg, Nick Tandy and Earl Bamber, becoming the FIA WEC champion with Mark Webber, Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley.

The Volume 3 will be heavily focused on racing with some surprises in between, like the previously teased 911 GT3 Cup 2017. It will come along with the 911 GT3 R 2015 and the new for 2017 911 GT3 RSR for the LMGTE class. The current FIA WEC leader, the 919 Hybrid version 2016 will represent the prototypes alongside the 908 LH and the legendary and popular 917K, with the 911 R being the only road car in the pack.

Both the Volume 2 and 3 will be available for the same price as the Volume 1, costing 6,99 Euros each.
