Again the smiley guy is on the top. Daniel Ricciardo celebrates his third win in the Formula One 2014 season.
This time the win at the mythical circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, and his winning quest at Ardennes was decided in the same way the another two wins: by taking advantadge of Mercedes' woes.
An early accident between team-mates Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg put them out of winning contention, but Rosberg at least managed to get a second place. This, allied to the fact that Ricciardo's team-mate, Sebastian Vettel, made a mistake when Ricciardo was right behind, opening the way to Australian driver. After that it was only manage the car to get into the finish.
In his debut season at Red Bull Racing, Ricciardo is making an excellent season. Even with a car that isn't a winning one, he does everything he can, and if it wasn't by the fuel flow sensor penalty at his home, at the start of the season, he would be even fighting directly for a Drivers Championship title.
